17:13. ನಾನು ಅವನಿಗೆ ತಂದೆಯಾಗಿರುವೆನು; ಅವನು ನನಗೆ ಮಗನಾಗಿರುವನು. ನಿನಗಿಂತ ಮುಂಚೆ ಸೌಲನು ರಾಜನಾಗಿದ್ದನು. ಆದರೆ ನಾನು ಅವನನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದು ಹಾಕಿದೆನು. ಆದರೆ ನನ್ನ ಕೃಪೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಮಗನಿಂದ ತೊಲಗಿ ಹೋಗುವದಿಲ್ಲ.

17:13. ನಾನು ಅವನ ತಂದೆಯಾಗಿರು ವೆನು; ಅವನು ನನ್ನ ಮಗನಾಗಿರುವನು. ನಿನಗೆ ಮುಂಚೆ ಇದ್ದವನಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ಕೃಪೆಯನ್ನು ನಾನು ತೊಲಗಿಸಿದ ಹಾಗೆ ಅವನಿಂದ ತೊಲಗಿಸುವದಿಲ್ಲ. ಅವನನ್ನು ನನ್ನ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ನನ್ನ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಎಂದೆಂದಿಗೂ ನೆಲೆಗೊಳಿಸುವೆನು;
